By accessing or using COPA services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

COPA provides a cooperative management platform that includes member management, financial tracking, production records, and related services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
• Upload malicious code or content
• Impersonate any person or entity

5. Data and Privacy

Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Data Protection policies.

6. Intellectual Property

The COPA platform, including its design, features, and content, is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the service without our written permission.

7. Payment Terms

If you subscribe to a paid plan, you agree to pay all applicable fees. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in these terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

COPA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the service.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the service at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users or the service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the new terms on the platform. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Rwanda.
